Unusual traffic on the 405 freeway this week… I drank almost a whole scoop of energy boost. I wasn’t shaky, restless or anything (like I did the first time I took a whole scoop) but I didn’t feel any significant burst of energy. I didn’t eat any lunch eithet. Instead, I had a very light dinner of sinigang with a ‘little bit’ of rice. Then took a forty-five minute nap before heading to the gym. I was laying on my tummy and it 😍felt so good!!!😝
Made it to the gym around 7:17pm. He got me started with 150 arm lifts. Then I did 250 stripper squats which made my legs feel like hell when it was time for me to do 150 leg steps.
After the gym, I went to get my gas then I was craving for some edamame. I didn’t really want to make a run to Ralphs but I did. I ended up buying some basics along with my edamame. (see below)
Thank goodness I didnt make any hasty decisions buying useless things…I am actually starting to stick to the basics. ;)kudos to me!
